As part of this year’s fair, we’re excited to auction a variety of prizes, along with unique, custom artwork created by each class especially for the event.

Bidding will take place online. When you place a bid, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your bid amount and your set “maximum bid.” If a new bid is placed that exceeds your maximum, you’ll be notified that you’ve been outbid, giving you a chance to rebid. Like many auction platforms, your bid will only increase up to your set maximum when someone else places a higher bid.

Key Details:

• Minimum bid increase: $10 above the previous maximum bid.

• Last-minute bidding: Any bids placed near the auction’s end will extend the time, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to respond and avoid last-second “sniping.”

• Email notifications: Make sure our emails aren’t marked as spam so you receive all outbid notifications and updates.

• Account setup: To place bids, you’ll need to create an account. This process will be prompted when you place your first bid.
